I am from Wisconsin and i am going to the mall of america next week to look for a homecoming dress! What stores have cute, short dresses?

    Forever 21 has the MOST ADORABLE homecoming dresses!
    Don’t go to Dillard’s or Macy’s cause they have cute ones but don’t have much of a selection and EVERYONE will be going there and you don’t want to have the same dress as someone else…how embarrassing!
