Question by : Where can I get a cheap long form fitting white formal dress for my sweet sixteen party? Not over 0 please!?
I don’t have a lot of money to spend on my dress but I know what I want it to look like. I can’t find dresses under 100 unless its short. Someone help!

There’s a store called debs. They have an online store. They focus on club dresses, and prom dresses. You can usually score a good deal.
