I am getting married in January and looking for the cheapest route for bridesmaid dresses. Its difficult for me to ask them to spend $ 150 on a dress. I got my dress at a small boutique so they don’t have many options for deals. Any help would be great. Thanks

why would you get a cheap dress, do you want them to look bad? they’re going to have to sacrafice, there is no way they can spend less than $ 300, because Davids Bridal and Alfer Angelo are so ghetto. or don’t have bridesmaid, you be the center of attention.

I was in a wedding once and the bride found a lady to make our dresses. we spent almost $ 100.00.

what sizes are these girls?
i would honestly go to jcpenny for there prom section and get dresses for them you can get them really cheep some 50 dollars

I told my girls I want then to wear black tea length dresses. I do not care where they buy them or how much they cost. I sent them pictures of ones I love but said these are just idea so you have something to think about. If you want then in the same dress then all tel together and hit the mall. I have found several dresses at the mall or department stores that I would use for my wedding especially around dance time when everyone puts out more dresses.

I got mine at a great deal at Macy’s, it was buy one get one half off sale. They were just nice, fancy dresses, and it totaled out to be $ 49 bucks per dress! Everyone was very happy and looked great, and no altering needed. So it depends on what kind of dresses you want really. JC Penny has some good fancy dresses for not too too expensive. You could also look on chadwicks.com. Some other stores would be like DEB, Forever 21, and Charlotte Ruse.

Try JC Penny, Sears, Deb, Macy’s or other places. They have prom dresses that are not so “promish” and that come in same and different sizes in the same dress.

Check out the special occasion section at local dept stores such as Macy’s, Dillard’s, JCPenney, etc.

check out JCpenny. that’s where i got one of my girl’s dresses. it was the same exact thing as one of the other girls got at davids bridal for a little cheaper. (davids bridal does have a few nice dresses for bridesmaids). also if they agreed to be in the wedding then they have to expect to spend some $ $ . (at Jcpenny id’ say about 100 per dress). you can help compensate in other ways.
like letting them wear a pair of shoes they already have (some brides want to pick the bm shoes out) my only stip. was no flipflops. let them paint their own nails, wear jewelry they allready have. if you know someone who does hair try to get them to do all the girls’ hair as their pressent to you. or c if they’ll do it for a discounted price since your friends.

I would actually recommend looking at department stores (you’ll get the deals and there are a TON of choices!). With that though, I would def. look early and maybe stick to one or two dress styles and colors because it’s going to be harder to match them.
You could also try David’s Bridal (a ton of choices in multiple colors and ability to mix and match styles) or the internet.
